Dish is crowded, dark, and loud. It's full of people who are young, particularly by Pittsburgh standards. It's a New York quality Italian restaurant, run by real Italians. The food is excellent and the wine list a good compliment. Our pasta entres last night were wonderful, as was the chocolate bread pudding desert. Service is professional, and New York brisk. Overall it's always been a great experience. The only downside is that, like New York, there's nowhere to park on the south side, so you can walk off that desert hiking to your car.
