  • Really more of a 4.5 stars and I give that rating primarily because of their exceptional customer service. Taylor at the front desk was especially friendly, helpful and very eager to go above and beyond. He let me know about (and sometimes drove) the hotel shuttle (they will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius). This saved me a lot of money and time. He (and others) volunteered a lot of useful information about the city (restaurants, neighborhoods, culture etc.) Hotel staff were all very pleasant and friendly. This is a new hotel (less than 1 year old) so amenities are great. Spacious room, very clean and fancy looking hardwood floors. They could benefit with a safe and a soap holder, but I'm just being picky. Besides that, very quiet, comfortable and clean.
