  • We had such a great experience buying a car last weekend. Ted Tulle was incredibly friendly, professional, and so helpful. He communicated with us every step of the way and never left us wondering what was going on. He stayed past his quitting time to make sure we were taken care of the entire time, and communicated with us several times on his day off this week as we plan on buying another car from him. We haven't bought a car in years and honestly dreaded it. This experience was like no other time we've bought a car and we are now fans of CarMax for life. We will never go back to a traditional dealer! Ted was the best and we are so thankful for him!
