  • I went here 10 year ago when I first got my license and now I am back to get brokers license. I am doing the 3 week course so its about 8 hours a day and they still have the same old chairs and desks in the classes and they did a long time ago nothing has changed at all. The chairs you sit in for class are old restaurant chairs that are very uncomfortable and will hurt your back. Everyone in class complains about this. Seems like a school with such a good reputation in such a good area of Scottsdale could get some decent chairs for their students. Just be prepared to be sitting in old uncomfortable chairs. The room temperature in the class rooms are all too cold or too warm there is no in between. Be prepared and bring a jacket. It gets warm because the broker classes are small rooms and 30+ people so it can get warm and a bit smelly. Then when the A/C goes on it gets so cold you need a jacket. Every person in class complains about this so not just me. The instructors I have had are all older 60+ which is okay but the classes get boring. I think they need some younger teachers in the brokers classes to mix it up and bring some energy to the classes.
