  • I recently had the (dis)pleasure of dealing with this company as I prepare for an international move. The first red flag should have been the number of attempts it took me to get in touch with someone, but after 3 emails someone finally responded and set up an initial call. We spoke for all of maybe 10 minutes, the person on the other end collected some info, and promised I'd hear back within a day or two. Lo and behold, a month later and still no word. I got the impression that because I wasn't some mega millionaire, just an average Joe planning an international move, I wasn't that important. Too bad, as I would have paid to have my Canadian taxes done for at least the next 10 years. Find someone more willing to take your money and avoid these guys.
