rev:text	George always makes sure we are taken care of and treats us with the utmost respect. He always greets us by name, a handshake, asks us how we're doing, what we've been up to, how our families are and just makes us feel like family. He is awesome!!! However, we do not appreciate, at all being harassed, every time we pull up by the windshield chip repair guys. They are relentless and will not take no for an answer. There have been two times when I have them repair chips on my windshield, and the first time was ok, the second time was horrible and they redid it before I left. The next time I brought my car in to be washed, I was approached by the same guy that fixed that chip, that he had to redo, and I told him that and he argued with me and would not let it go. Finally I just had to walk away. I was quite upset. I did not go back for a while. The next time that I did go back, I was greeted by George and as usual was treated wonderful, as I walking into the store, I was approached by by one of the windshield chip people and I was told that there was a a big chip in the windshield. I said, really? He said, yes and if you don't get it taken care of it will spread and your windshield will crack and will eventually need to be replaced. I told him he full of shit, and the reassign why is because I had just bought that car 1 week before and there were no chips in the windshield!!! I have since found a new car wash and will be reporting this place to the BBB. I miss seeing George, but do not miss the harassment, unethical business and what I truly feel that fraud is being conducted!
