  • I bought the groupon for 6 microderms in March 2012. I have completed 5 microderms and have had 3 facial peels (which were done during the microderm) over the course of my treatment so far. Let me first say that I suffered from acne as a teenager and adult. In 2007, my acne cleared after using accutane, but I was left with scarring on my cheeks and still had occasional break outs. I also had dull, uneven skin, and large pores. Forgot to mention oily skin too. I used maximum coverage, oil free, make-up to hide my imperfections. Now, I only use a pea-sized amount of make-up to cover my whole face. I haven't broken out since my first visit. My skin is so smooth, more even skin tone, and the scarring on my cheeks are diminished!!! I am so grateful for the care and attention that Joanna gives. She definately knows her stuff. I will say that the peel will leave you red for about 2 days, but that's expected with a peel. Joanna is so easy to talk to and willing to share information about what to expect. I would definately recommend her!!
