I purchased an Groupon in September, but couldn't even get an appt for 2 months on a weekend slot. I ended up going elsewhere to get my hair done. I booked an appt 4 months out for a time that would work for me. A couple of weeks ago I got an email and a text saying they changed my appt a week earlier than I scheduled. They didn't consult with me to see if that would be acceptable. I was willing to just settle for the unwanted change. Yesterday, they left a message on my phone saying they cancelled my appt. I tried to call them back, but they didn't answer their phone. The recording said they would respond to text message. They did not! I got an email stated my appt was cancelled with no reason given. My groupon also showed I used my groupon in Dec,,,, umm NO!!!! It was a Tuesday and I was teaching. I contacted Groupon and explained the runaround I was getting from Cole Salon. Thanks Groupon for understanding that some companies SUCK, and groupon gave me a full refund.
