Meh... I bought a new ball there over the summer and really like it. Good fit, as I had heard they are really known for nailing the measuring and fitting of the ball. So after a couple of months went back to get spare ball, and after bowling with the spare ball it immediately felt wrong in the hand, so I brought it back and they measured it and the distance between the thumb and fingers was wider than my original ball, so they tried to fix it. So, immediately upon bowling again it still felt like my fingers were stretching way apart compared to my original ball I bought from them (they have my measurements obviously). So, back to them again, and they tried again. And once again... no luck. First time again using spare ball felt like my hand was spread out. So, I got out my own measuring tape and compared it to the original ball they made me and sure enough it was off by about a quarter an inch which is HUGE for a bowling ball. So do I got back a third time...no. I brought my spare ball to another pro shop who nailed it the first time, even showing me how off the drilling was from the original ball. So it wasn't just in my head. The drilling on the spare ball was horrible. Probably won't go back as I feel I was probably lucky to get the first ball done right.
