  • Came in for a tire balance and rotation. The job went very fast and the had me in and out in about 40 minutes. My frustration is that once I got my vehicle back I noticed the weights on the wheels were still covered in the same dirt that was on the wheels and none were replaced... Making me suspect they didn't even balance my tires. Took my truck to a different discount and actually watched the tech work on my vehicle, and just like I thought he had to add and take off weights on three of my four tires.. asked and he said they weren't bad but the three needed balancing. Why did this dicount not do the requested work??? Because it was a free service and they were busy is my guess... I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT A DISCOUNT TIRE AGAIN...
