  • The service is polite but the product here is awful. I stopped in yesterday to pick up something for a friend's mom. My friend was having surgery so I wanted to bring her mom some caffeine. My friend's mom had never been to a Starbucks(I know, crazy right?) but told me she likes cinnamon. The girl working the register helped me pick something out for her. I bought an iced coffee and cake pop for myself. My friend's mom loved her drink. She was so happy and will be having Starbucks again. My drink however tasted burnt and old. I could barely cover it up with cream and sugar substitute. The cake pop was so hot too. Not intentionally warmed up, but not climate controlled in the case. Next time I need coffee, I'll go to another location out of my way.
