  • I can't say anything about their work, since they failed to show, but I sure can say their customer service is deplorable. Tried the three different numbers they had listed and no one answered or returned my voicemail messages. I figured I would check out this company online (since my home warranty with American home shield made the mistake of picking them) and needless to say every review shares this common complaint. If you look them up on the Better Business Bureau, they have an F! You have to be pretty bad to get an F.... The only redeeming thing was Jeremy the technician that called hours later to say he was running late; come to find out the idiots that do scheduling told him a different dispatch time than they told me. He was extremely nice and professional, and I promptly told him he should find another employer. Stay far far far away from this company!! I don't know how they stay in business or continue to be used by home warranties.
