  • Don't waste your time. Not only do they trick you into upcharges, but they don't honor appointments AT ALL. We had an appointment for 11:45, they skipped us and helped 6 walk-ins before doing our gels. 2 hours later we asked if we could be helped and they said they were busy helping other appointments. Needless to say we left, paying $75 for patial pedicures. Another woman waited 30 minutes for her appointment and also ended up leaving saying "you guys do this to me all the time". I rarely send a bad yelp, but this was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
