Worst experience ever. I had to book a room for a coworker to attend a conference. I did a prepaid rate to make things easier bcause I was not going to be there when she arrived. I called for weeks to get a third party authorization form. She called all this week. Nothing. The manager on duty never called us back. I finally found a generic Marriott form this morning. Faxed it in and got a confirmation. When my coworker tries to check in tonight at 10:30, OF COURSE THEY CAN'T FIND THE FORM. After going back and forth with the person at the front desk and the worthless manager that doesn't know what a return call looks like they tell her that she has to pay for the room herself. Finally they actually pay attention to what is on the screen and see that the room is already fully paid for. So then the tune changed completely and everything is ok. Well, it's not ok for me. I don't like to be woken up because of horrible customer service issues and people who can't get their act together.
