  • Major bait and switch artists. Never get service there. They add 5 things you need to do and charge twice what other places do. They smile at you and act nicely, then stab you in the back as soon as they can. Claimed they knew nothing about a seat belt recall years ago so they wouldn't have to fix it. Also, my cruise control went out at 59,997 miles. They said it was under warranty and to bring it down. I live 12 miles away. Got there and they told me warranty was no good as I was over 60,000. Cheapo dirtbags! I literally had to threaten them with posting a 1 page ad in the Arizona Republic explaining exactly how they treated me. The best they would do is pay for the cruise control unit and I had to cover the installation. I even went through the national Kia offices and they refused to intervene. Not only avoiding this place like the plague, I will never ever buy a Kia again.
