  • Just figured out we've been going there for almost 18 years...wow. I perfected my sauce recipe about 17 years ago (though I have had to tone done the chili oil as I've gotten older and wimpier...) This is a fun place to bring out of town folks - won't break the bank, if anyone leaves hungry, it's their fault. Staff is helpful, food is plentiful, tasty, and you can make it as healthy as you choose to. I think that's the only place besides the McDonalds that's been there for the whole time we've been going to the Pavilions. If you haven't been on a Saturday night to go to the weekly car show, go early, grab dinner at YC's, then check out the cars. Cheap date for the whole family! (or go to a movie afterwards) Hoping to go there for at least another 18 years. :-)
