  • This PF Changs was across from the hotel I was staying at so I thought I would try it out. I was alone so I sat at a table off to the side of the bar. Bad service and OK food was the beginning. I then saw the staff clear glasses from tables and bring them back to the bartender. The bartender had a sink full of soapy water and a sink with just water in it. He would take the glasses 2 or 3 at a time and partially dip them in the soapy water and then partially dip them in the rinse water and then put them in what appeared to be the freezer/cooler. I was disgusted that they were not thoroughly washed and sanitized. I brought this to the attention of the server that didn't seem to care. I then emailed the corp office about it and asked if this was procedure at all locations. I never received a response. I definitely will never go back to that location and doubt I will go back to any PF Changs.
