  • Great find! Tucked back in a corner, but super friendly staff. Food was fresh, excellent and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place for your pasta desires. I wish they had more locations throughout the valley. This one is not close to us, but while visiting family and decided to grab a bite. Very glad we chose PastaIdea. Well, here I am 5 days later with high hopes and everything was a complete 180 from last time. The service was awful. We were a party of 2 and there were 2 other tables seated in the restaurant. It seemed to take forever to have our orders taken. The food didn't seem nearly as fresh as it came out only moments after ordering, telling me the prepared dishes were simply heated up before being delivered to our table. After dinner I pointed out, to the very impersonal waitress our displeasure in our meal. She seemed to have many excuses as to why the service was poor, such as "the other waitress is new", "it's our busiest time and we don't make enough money to have an extra waitress here for 8 hours when we're only busy for a couple hours" or "we had several phone orders coming in for pick up or delivery." This experience has brought my 5 star review quickly to a 2 star review. Will not be returning.
