  • Overall rather unhappy with the experience. They were not very welcoming when we walked in and just took him back and said they would call us when he was done. when we went to pick him up he seemed happy which is of course important, but I am rather unhappy with his overall appearance. They shaped the fur around his head but it is uneven with one side obviously longer than the other. His nails are trimmed but at least 2 on each foot look significantly longer than the others. And when I went to pay they took my payment and then immediately started helping someone else. Overall as a new customer I was unsatisfied with m experience and didn't feel as though my business was appreciated.
