After walking into the Chanel boutique in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive and being ignored, I decided that I didn't want to make any Chanel purchases. While shopping in Vegas, I saw a few things in the Encore Chanel boutique that caught my eye... some of them a bit too expensive for my budget at the moment. I was hesitant to walk in because I thought that I would be treated poorly, but to my surprise, Chris Salvatera was honestly one of the most kind salespeople I have ever encountered.
I really didn't think I would be purchasing anything, but he was so willing to show me items that were both in and out of my budget without pressuring me to buy anything. I ended up walking out with a fabulous pair of earrings. Chris took the time to wrap them up beautifully and explain the significance of the Chanel flower that is included on top of the package. I was so impressed at how conscientious he was throughout the experience.
That night when I went to put the earrings on, I noticed they were missing a small stud. My boyfriend immediately called Chris and he was apologetic and ready to do whatever he had to do to make it right. He held the last pair for me and polished them up to look gorgeous. I picked them up the next day. We were in a hurry and Chris recognized that, so he made sure they were ready when we got there. If I ever purchase anything from Chanel in the future, it will only be through him. He really made my day with his great personality and conversation.
Thank you, Chris, for changing my mind about Chanel salespeople. You are a true gem!
