I just spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to cancel my membership. The clubs are all in all great, 24 hours, cool. Sometimes gets over crowded - I wasn't unhappy with it, I just found a new and better club that works for me.
The 1 star comes down to canceling. 2 years ago I purchased a 2 year Costco membership, I never used the last year of it, and it transferred into a month to month. The rep on the phone kept telling me its funny to him that I want to cancel, when I went from a 2 year membership into a month to month one. I told him to go and look and see when my last check in date to the club was. Which was back in May 2016! I haven't used any of your clubs in a whole year. He put his foot in his mouth.
At the end of the day, I just want to cancel. Make this process easier.
