  • Could I give 0 stars, I would! Went with a group of people before the pirates game, including a few children, waited much longer than we should for non-bar drinks, to place our order, and for the food. We only saw our waitress a total of 5 times before payiing our bill. We had ordered pizza for the children, which was delivered by the manager after the adults were done eating who didn't apologize for the delay, and the server didn't offer anything for the kids while we were waiting. My BBQ burger that was to be med-well was burnt to a crisp and had no bbq sauce on it and came with the toppings I had requested not to have on my sandwich. Then when asked if she could split the checks she said she couldn't do it for a group, before inquiring how many splits we wanted. I will NEVER return to this location. I've had mediocre service here in the past, and today was the icing on the cake. They claimed our server was busy with other tables, however, there were very few tables left when we finally ordered. We had allowed more than enough time to eat and make it to the game before the first pitch, and we hadn't made it to our seats until the bottom of the 1st.
