rev:text	I went here for lunch while staying at the Firesky, and it was definitely a nice surprise for an Italian restaurant located at a hotel (total recipe for disaster). I irdered a pasta dish with sausage, and it was cooked properly and the sauce was pretty good. Nothing incredible but definitely above par. What really made lunch perfect for me though was the burrata mozzarella caprese. The mozzarella was very fresh and so lusciously creamy. I'm a buffalo mozzarella girl, but it was the next best thing for sure. Tasty pesto in lieu of the usual basil. I'm glad we didn't miss out on it. I wish we would have come here for dinner so that we would have had a wider selection of plates, and maybe it would have been an even better experience! Judging by the pictures here, maybe I should have ordered a pizza...my mouth is watering looking at them...
