rev:text	I don't know where to begin with this experience but all I can say is WOW! Best Best-Buy store I have ever been to, when it comes to service. So we were in search of a tv and had been driving all around town to find the one we wanted. The online inventory said each store had 1 in stock. Obviously, inventories are not always right, but we we're hoping to get lucky. Our last hope was this location in Henderson. After finding out from sales person Chris, who made the extra effort to check around the whole store, that the tv was yet again out of stock, we were totally bummed. I asked Chris if we could speak to the manager and he directed us to Adam, who was the manager on duty. I explained the whole situation to Adam (in a calm and respectful manner, which has always benefited me more than throwing a bitch fit as some people like to do). I basically asked Adam for a discount on a bigger and better tv, since the one we wanted was sold out. He nicely explained why he could not do that, but in the end he found an even better solution. There happened to be a huge UHD tv that was an "open box" item, in perfect condition. He sold it to us for less than our budget price! And after two weeks of using the tv, it still works great!! I can't say enough good things about Adam. Also special thanks to Nelson who insured the tv was clean, working, and securely wrapped. Wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it. Will never shop at another Best Buy. Go Patriots!!!!
