  • The worst! Took my elderly Aunt in after a fall. Susan Stoddard the PA would not listen to her when she told them where her arm hurt. They took wrist x-rays, told her everything was fine and sent her home. Took her to her PCP the next day found out her arm is broken and will likely need surgery. Also, I contacted banner like they asked. They took my info and never called back.
