This dentist really needs to work on his southern hospitality and patient care. When the dentist came to check my teeth he snapped at the hygienist because she wasn't done with my teeth and he was ready for me. I have perfect teeth- never had a cavity or anything. Every dentist I've gone to in the past has told me my teeth are great and if someone ever tells me I need work, I should walk out and leave because they are just making stuff up. This dentist tells me I need a filling right off the bat because my enamel is wearing off, yet 6 months ago my teeth were perfect when they were checked by a dentist in VA. He also tells my husband he has a cavity. I decide to get my 1 tooth filled since it would only cost $30. While setting up, I realize he is balancing 3 other patients and doing other procedures on them. I end up waiting maybe 30 min after he numbs me while he deals with other people. When I check out the receptionist, states, "wow that was quick." When I tell her what I had done her response was "that's it?" Who says that?!? She tried to recover by stating more of their patients are elderly but I definitely didn't get a good vibe from this place. Plus I had another dentist check my tooth out and he told me my teeth were fine and unfortunately there are dentists out there like this dentist who just charge to meet insurance demands and pay the bills. Needless to say I won't be returning.
