This is a very well organized hotel and it feels cozy and homy. We hosted a huge event here and they handled it amazingly. I find it useful to point out that the plumbing is absolutely top notch. The rooms are quite nice but felt a little bit small for the high rates. I was very impressed at how well they handled the 1000+ guest influx from my event.
The hotel has a well decorated lobby with paintings of the indigenous population of the area. The large rentable spaces were well kept and had very nice acoustics and lighting for performances. The price was high as they quoted but came down on price as soon as we bargained.
The decorations, while looking nice, actually ended up feeling cheap after looking closer, I felt it was quite lazy. Another thing I wasn't impressed with was the utility of the furnishings in the rooms. The rooms had no microwave or fridge(the most useful thing was the bathroom sink). Even the bed was uncomfortable!
Overall, great for weddings and events of the sort, but would not recommend for a stay visiting from a different country.
