  • Sunday June 11, 2017: Crappy coffee with even worse service. Stopped by today after dinner...what a bad choice. The cold brew tasted watered down and the employee was ridiculously passive aggressive. There was a sign out on the counter that read, "ring bell once when ready," so I did. This caused the woman working to look up at me like I'd just done something stupid. She then went back to what she was doing and normally I wouldn't mind that because she was finishing up an order before mine, but what was with the look? She didn't ever even greet us, she just gave the guy his coffee, walked over to me at the window and very nonchalantly asked what I'd be having. (This woman literally could not care less.) I asked for a large cold brew, she told me my price, took my money, and then blatantly took the bell and put it inside the window and out of reach of customers. She poured my coffee, handed it over and then rudely shut the window in my face. All in all I was very weirded out and put off by the experience and will definitely not be going there again.
