Had a pretty uncomfortable exchange with the owner Lee yesterday. After not coming for a few months he felt I needed to pay for a membership that I didn't even use while being away. By shaking your head and looking disappointed isn't going to make me want to give another penny. On top of that charging $30 for 30 mins is a rip and half, advice to other customers don't give lured into a membership and if you do and you miss a day that owner will try to back charge you. It's your business do what you want but change your attitude on how to deal with certain situations. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!
