Went in RH yesterday to exchange a diffuser because it leaked - ( the oil would travel up the reed but instead of the oil been captured by the wooden top it would run down the sides of the bottle. Not noticing the mess it was making it did take the finish off the area it was sitting). All I wanted to do was exchange it for one that worked properly, so since I didn't have a receipt she would only give me the sale price and then charge me full price for the exchanged product. RH certainly doesn't earn any rewards for customer service.
