Chipotle on Gilbert and the 202 literally just brought me to tears as I tried to pay for our dinner. While we were waiting in line my 3 1/2 yr old son told me he had to throw up. I grabbed him and my 1 1/2 yr old daughter and ran as fast as I could (probably like a crazy person) outside for him to throw up in a trash can. A young male employee came outside and offered us towels along with checking to make sure my son was okay. When he was done throwing up we decided we would still go in and order our food to take home. I then proceeded to hold up the line (pretty much out the door) as the staff cleaned the counters, replaced all utensils, washed their hands and changed their gloves to make sure my sons meal was safe from gluten cross contamination (he has celiac disease). The same male employee from outside made sure to oversee our order and went above and beyond so no risk of cross contamination occurred on my sons food. We completed our order and I approached the counter to pay when the girl told me that our food was on them. I was shocked and completely grateful that I began to tear up and thank them profusely. I will never forget this experience and this location has my business forever. Thank you to all the staff at this chipotle! You guys made this stressed out and overwhelmed moms night! I'm forever grateful.
