  • I have never stayed in an apartment before but my experience here has been horrible. The apartments are dirty, cheap, at least our unit is. No matter how much I scrub the fake hardwood floors they are still black. There are roaches in here and they say it's okay because apparently it's not an infestation unless they are crawling all over the walls. The apartment has a horrible smell, like mildew. The air condition unit works very poorly. The property management doesn't care about the people, they just care about the money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean/nice apt. We have the "upgraded" unit and it still looks horrible. The management company says everywhere in Arizona has roaches which is not true. I have never had baby roaches in any of my homes in Arizona so that is completely false. Then they contradict themselves and say I'm the only unit with roaches. Also, the pest company is here spraying constantly that alone is a sign. The person who sprayed my apartments also verified that this is a problem property with pest. I would spend a little more money and go find a better apartment.
