  • I haven't dined in, but have ordered takeout from here twice so far. Both times my order has been ready right on time, and my cold drinks were kept in the refrigerator until pickup so they stayed nice and cold. I can only speak to the pho and the coconut boba. The pho is ok - just ok. The first time I got it the broth was a little bland (but not any more bland than most places), and the second time it was almost too salty, but didn't have much of the traditional pho spice flavour. The first time my take-home ingredients looked fresh and they gave us quite a bit, and the coconut boba was perfect. The second time it looked like there was a little less meat and the piece of basil had literally been picked over, so there were only a few small leaves remaining on it. The bean sprouts looked a little wilted and sad. My coconut boba had ice chunks, and only about four actual balls of tapioca, all of which had frozen and had a really strange texture. Since the first time was so good, I'd be willing to order here again on the good faith that the second time was just a fluke.
