  • I enjoyed doing business with Harvest until their cartridges started leaking. I told them and they said that sometimes they did that and that they would gladly exchange them. I didn't have the leaky cartridges with me at the the time. However, when I did take them in they said "although they were manufactured poorly/faulty, they wouldn't exchange them because I waited too long. I explained that they said they would make it good. However, the manager on duty decided to come up with a two month return policy even on their faulty cartridges. They said sorry, and thanks for being cool. But I'm out. I guess I will start going somewhere else for merchandise that is sold honorably.
