  • RPMG, Inc. What can I say .... Nothing but positive! The Single Family division of RPMG, Inc. has managed my properties for the last 5+ years and I have never had a negative experience with the company or its staff. As an out-of-area owner of multiple single-family rentals, the RPMG staff has taken care of each of the properties and tenant needs in a timely and efficient manner. Working with RPMG, especially Jamie and Claudia, has been effortless. They are quick to respond to tenant, maintenance and various HOA issues, and keep me advised of those matters. There has never been an issue contacting RPMG, and when messages must be left, either their phone or e-mail responses have always been timely. When vacancies have occurred, they are quick to react with advertising and a screening process that has provided quality tenants, several of whom have committed to multi-term leases. If you are a property owner who needs efficient and competent property management services, RPMG, Inc. should be your first call.
