  • I have no problem with the eye doctor, but the other members of the staff have made my life miserable. My insurance has been improperly billed twice. I was undecided about daily contacts, so I got a sample pack. When they were used up, I went back and tried to buy more, since I liked them and they were cheaper. I was told the dr had not signed off on my prescription for dailies so I couldn't buy them. If I wanted to get that tax, it would be another $90 exam, despite the fact that I just had one 4 weeks ago. No thanks. I went yesterday to pick up a pack of regular contacts. After I was rung up, I was told I couldn't have them because "The Dr isn't here and we can't give them out." Why on earth didn't they tell me that before they rang me up? So I returned today to get my already paid for lenses. My RX was out of stock and would take a week to get in. Again, something I should have been told yesterday. I have my rx now and I'll be sticking to online ordering. Next time I need an exam, I'll find a new dr. This is not worth it.
