I've had a police with Embrace for almost 4 years. For the first 3 years I would have given them a 5 star. Everything was great. I recommended them to many people.
But the past 8 months it's like the entire company changed. Claims are always messed up. It takes them 3 weeks to get around to even start to process a claim. Claims are denied because of their mistakes and it takes multiple phone calls and emails to get them to make corrections.
I gave them 2 stars because they were good in the past. If I was rating them on the past 8 months alone it would be 0 stars.
