  • This was my first visit to your facilities and it will possibly be my last. I having pains in my lower back area. I arrived at your facility at 11:10 am and it is now 2:55 pm i do understand prioritizing patience but this is absolutely ridiculous. Its like there facility do not have an ultrasound tech. I was the 3rd person hear this morning even the guy in the ambulance has already gone. Had i not set here for so long i would be gone already. Very disappointed and agitated. finally out of there after 8 hours and a shift change for doctors, total 8 hours, all they could do is apologies and that was after I threatened to walk out. all they did was wrote me a prescription did not do an ultra sound and sent me on my way.... if you have something to do DONT GO HERE and PACK A LUNCH it will be an all day event.. not worth it
