  • I've lived here at Remington Ranch for about 3 weeks and it is a great apartment complex! It is much quieter than I expected. Sure I occassionally hear the upstairs neighbor but that is expected. I live on the parking lot side but the noise from cars is limited too. There is plenty of guest parking which is important to me and the cars that are parked here aren't beaters. I love the trash valet service but wish it could be a little cheaper; who wouldn't. When trash valet isn't available, I have 2 dumpsters nearby. I received tons of help from Desi in the office. She picked up the slack when my info got lost and made up for it by going the extra mile. Desi made sure I found the right apartment for me and my son and walked me through every step of the application process as well as sent me timely reminders of what was needed from me prior to move in. Since moving in, Desi has been helpful answering any of my questions a d getting maintenance requests taken care of. Upon move in, the apartment was clean, new appliances and new carpet. I don't feel like another tennant lived here before me. I'm giving Remington Ranch 4 stars because I feel maintenance takes some time to get to requests and there is a lot bird poop around the complex (no smell though). I think Desi deserves 5 stars and my unit is top notch!
