  • Mighty impressed! Great customer service and communication. My guy was running a little behind, but I received a text that he was en route. I even got a courtesy call from the office to let me know he was on his way, which I thought was thoughtful and professional. Jacob came in a looked at the scope of work. I had my carpets, tile and an area rug done. He was very thorough and efficient. Really great service and a great clean! I will definitely be using them again.
