If there was a zero star option I would have rather chose that. This was my first, and last visit. My wife wanted me to check it out as a place for our four year old next Bday. We get there and it seemed like a okay operation, two teenage boy employees running the desk and overseeing the play area. Well two kids that were there were siblings and the older sibling literally starting beating the other sibling and the employee had to separate them. The teenage employees just separated them to opposite sides of the play area. This was reasonable until the kids was crying for 10 minutes and then they had to ice the younger siblings eye where the older sibling had hit them. That when I realized that this place allows the parents to drop off kids here. And the employees seem to be hands off when it comes to managing the kids. So with kids with no parents, employees who try to roam the entire play area and the complex rope and play area, this can't be legal. If it is then there's nothing really special about this place. It's actually quite dangerous. And with a zip line and a trampoline, it's scary to thin a lesser attentive parent could turn and find their kid falling from a unsafe height. I left after watching a random kid play fight with my son and the parent of that kid not say anything. This place might be good for a private party where you know all the kids in the room, but as an open play place, stay away for your own safety
