  • Before you decide to go here, read the low star rated reviews on this place!! They are so true!! I should've read them before I came in here... Dr. 5 star, the staff 0 star... so true. 1. The doctor has a nice personality and spends time with you. BUT his staff are terrible. Especially the girl that gave me preliminary work was a joke. (Tiny skinny Asian? Girl with long hair with big false eye lashes.) I never did or said anything to her but she treated me like she hated my guts. "Sit here." "put your chin down here!" What am I a prisoner?! Made me laugh. Absolutely nasty. She should be working in a prison or TSA. Oh, when she was chatting with the other staff, she had a smile on her face. WTF. 2. If you make 9 am morning appointment, you will end up waiting for the doctor to get to the office. He doesn't come in till 9:30 or later. There are so many optometrists in the valley so you don't have to come here to get treated like shit. Even 3am middle of the night Wal-Mart employees have better attitude than the staff here. I do not recommend this place unless you are a masochist or something. Never again.
