This Petsmart salon banned my dog. I found out when I called to make an appointment for bath service. I've taken my dog to this salon several times over the past few years for the same service and, while told she was a nervous pup, was never informed that she was considered an unacceptable candidate for a bath. In fact, after my last appointment, nobody told me that my dog was a problem and that they would not allow us to be customers in the future. There was not even mention that she had been very difficult. So when I called to make an appointment and was refused service, I was shocked and offended. I believe their standard for good customer service should include up-front, honest and kind communication. Now I know why I no longer receive calls from the salon reminding me to schedule my dog's next bath.
