I've stayed here in the past and I honestly thought I had a great find. It was just behind the strip and affordable. But during my most recent stay here I didn't have a great experience. I booked two rooms together but when I checked in, they couldn't even put us next to each other. The best they could do was put us on opposite sides of the same floor. They put us on the third floor which I thought was fine (despite the fact that I have knee injuries) because they had an elevator. Unfortunately the elevator was intermittently not working all weekend. One of the rooms had terrible circulation. The a/c was on full blast but it was still unbearably hot. In the other room, the wifi didn't work. I understand we didn't stay in some high end hotel so this was all forgivable. But what wasn't forgivable was being overcharged without an explanation. My card was charged an extra $100 on top of what I was quoted at time of reservation. I tried emailing and calling the hotel but got no response. After a month of failed attempts, one of my friends who also stayed in the hotel managed to get ahold of them. There were a lot of back and forth emails including screenshots of payment quote and credit card statement and they promised to call me but never did. They basically just kept going in circles and I never got my money or an explanation. All they told me is that we checked out on time and there was nothing additional we should have been charged for. I used to recommend this hotel to every trying to plan a budget trip to Vegas, but never will again after that trip.
