  • Very dissapointing. I was a patient at the Mooresville location and the staff was phenomenal. I have since relocated to AZ and I cant get into another dermatologist until late July. I asked Riva to fill one remaining script until I get into my new dermatologist and they refused. This is the reality of today....you are only important to them while your in their care. Sad.
