  • I used this company for my property and regretted doing so from day one. I received many, many angry phone calls from renters regarding their service from Arizona Vacation Rentals. The renters would leave the rental house immaculate and for no reason at all, Arizona Vacation Rentals would DENY the return of their security deposit. They would always be 4 to 8 weeks late for every rental payment even though they collected rent from guests months in advance. I was always afraid that they would just shut down and walk away with the money that I had paid them. They are completely un-trustworthy and very unreliable. This company would also take more of the percentage which should have been available to the homeowner. Even with all my struggles and issues with this company, I tried to work through their wrong doings, however, they just couldn't get anything right. In addition to all my problems, my last rental payment was never given to me. I just want to get my story out so others are not ripped off by this company. This has been a total nightmare and I suggest everyone to stay far far away from doing business with Arizona Vacation Rentals.
