  • Climate pro got some pretty good reviews from what I have read, it is truly a shame they had to pic "good Friday" to get their bad review. Climate Pro is only pro at one thing sucking the big weenie. Who did they think they were kidding ? Look I am an retired aerospace worker, we along with the unions help invented most of the modern 20th century excuses to get out of work on particular specific work days. We were damn good at it to, so if Mr. pressed starched uniform quisesential model A/C tech thinks he was B.S.ing me about my unit not being up to code, he was vastly misinterpreting my comprehension of the situation. Kept mentioning his boss, my boss, my boss said this my boss said that...clearly B.S. Reading between the lines it being not just Good Friday ,but Friday told me that this young man was to put it subtly, ready to tear the town a new one. Wires being exposed was extremely convient, very convient.Climate pro is one of those goody two shoes companies where if your unit is not like their diagrams, they are lost and would just as sure piss on a spark plug if they thought it help.. Mine had wires showing and it was dirty , no doubt from being outside, gee go figure. The tech said the boss told him not to touch it too much of a liability, What climate pro is doing here people is preserving the future of air-conditioning service and maintenance by not helping out an individual who installed his ac unit by himself. Job security if you will. Heck I did good ,thing ran for a half century without so much as a whine or whimper. Climate pro would have rathered the unit be installed by a pro, since when does half a year at an accredited Hvac school make you a pro. For companies like Climate Pro to operate and function smoothly everything must be in place, textbook for lack of a better phrase. their techs are like clones, robots if everything isn't like the way the book showed in school they will blow a fuse, that's why their afraid to touch anything that isn't "textbook" Well the sorry bastards wouldn't work on my unit and that was their choice now they have to live with that decision. If I had that tech in front of me right now I would tell him "son, your only as good as your last job" I don't have anything good to say about them at this point and I would not recommend them to whoever is reading this, relatives, buddies, friends, business partners, Jack S**t, constituents, associates, Joe Blow, my neighbors, my barber, the paper deliverer or even an enemy or two. Some people ride their grocery baskets out to their car, others prefer to let the kid at the register push it out for them. I'll fix it myself if I can stay awake the 20 minutes it takes to watch the You Tube video.
