  • I recieved an apology from our server explaining that they did not understand it was our anniversary. I agree there was a lack of communication on our part. I thought they would automatically ask or assume after reading other yelpers reviews. I think there is something good to be said for a restaurant that cares enough to respond to a negative yelp posting. I think you should go ahead and give Roy's a shot and make your own judgements. Since I still think that ALL customers should be treated courteously regardless of the reason they come to visit a restaurant I can't go above 3 stars. The food is pretty good though!
