There was only one group waiting in front of us to eat but after waiting 1/2 hour we left. We showed up a little earlier the following night and I tried the hotpot. For those wanting to try an authentic, way out of the box experience this was a jackpot. They give you a broth & vegetable filled bowl, set it on a burner in front of you & then you cook your plate full of raw meat that accompanies it. He recommended the seafood version & I chose spicy. The beef takes seconds to cook but the seafood about 10 minutes. My plate arrived first so that was fine. What an explosion of herbs & delectable treats that you can enjoy the crawfish, scallops, fish & etc. with. It's a huge dish that I put a serious dent in. The other 9 in our property were satisfied also. They do themselves a disservice as we waited and waited to pay the bill while a line waited to get seated. I would love to try the beef or chicken version!
