  • Just a quick update for this review...after my less then stellar opinion of Stripburger, I was contacted by the owner to discuss the issues and was then sent a gift certificate to dine once again at one of their Las Vegas restaurants. This was much appreciated and a nice gesture and great as far as customer service goes. I am looking forward to a improved food experience on my next visit!
